An Excel file opens in Studio with corrupt target text (Chinese)...how to fix it?

Dear colleagues, 
 I used to use a program called Unicode csv to resave bilingual Excel files before running it in Studio. Unfortunately this program no longer works (with Windows 10?). 
 I was trying to create a TM from a client approved Excel file and found that I can't do it by opening the bilingual Excel file in Studio, because the Chinese text in target side is full of ???. 
 Can someone tell me if there is a newer version of Unicode csv that will work? Or if there is another easy way to create a TM from a bilingual file? I know about making one file for source and one file for target and run the alignment, but this method is too time-consuming.

Hi Chunyi Chen , try opening the Bilingual file in Studio using the Translate Single Document approach. Don't drag and drop, use the old fashioned method and when you get the Open Document file dialogue you'll be able to select the encoding next to the Open button at the bottom. Change the Auto-Select to UTF-8 and see if this helps.

Hi Chunyi Chen , did you try using the Glossary Converter to convert the file to TMX?
