Transfer of TMs to another computer.

Question

Hi everybody! I am using SDL Trados Studio 2017, but my old laptop is going to die soon (screen cable problem). I already bought a new laptop, but I want to transfer all the information (translation memories) from my two-year work in Trados to the new computer. How can i do that? I downloaded the Migrating TMs program, but it works only with servers. I need a solution for one laptop to another laptop.

Hi Ivan Mutafchiev , perhaps your question is missing some details but did you try just searching for copying all the *.SDLTM files from one to another? Probably makes sense to use this opportunity to put all your TMs into one folder so it's easier to do things like this and also easier to make backups every now and again.
