Cannot import package because there is no path to save files

Hi!

I have been importing client packages in my Trados Studio 2017 Starter Edition, but now I cannot import a specific package. When I click on the sdlppx file, I simply do not get any options to save the imported files, so the project is finally not imported. See the screenshot below, as you can see, there si no path:

I have tried to open packages from other clients and I could open and import them. The client sent me a new package, but I have the same issue.

Could you please help out? I really need to do this translation today.
