Hello!

Anyone an idea what this is or how to solve it?

I was not working with a worldsever package or anything similar
I already uninstalled/reinstalled Studio, did not work

The same package works fine in MemoQ

Looks like something is missing from the Studio install. I would suggest running a repair of Studio.

I did that, and also uninstalled/reinstalled Studio as mentioned in my initial post, but it did not work.
Perhaps it is something else?

Hi Popie Matsouka ,

If you've run the WS msi again, and reinstalled and it didn't hep then try a reset and this often solves things without us really knowing why they occurred in the first place. Rename this folder (just add _old to the end or something, it's not important what you rename it to) and restart Studio:

c:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\14.0.0.0

So the path would become this:

c:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\14.0.0.0_old

If that doesn't help then I suggest you log a case. If you don't have a support contract then use the web2case. This can be achieved really quickly using this link:

gateway.sdl.com/liveagentlicensing

You have two options:

1. Submit a case using a webform
2. Use live chat to get a licence reset

You want to use the first option and make sure that you refer to this thread so the teams can see what you have tried already.

You can also try to use the manual install approach:

gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge

After you reinstalled the WS msi, did you actually check that SDL.TranslationStudio.Plugins.WorldServerTranslationProvider.Api.dll file is now there? I didn't see this information above. Same article that you mention tells you the location where that file should be:

gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge

If it's not there, then maybe you can put it there? This is mine from Studio 2015 folder (Studio4). You need to change the extension from .txt to .dll - I could not attach a .dll in here Sdl.TranslationStudio.Plugins.WorldServerTranslationProvider.Api.zip
