Error message when inserting superscripts and italics in the target

Hi there, 
 
 We are experiencing some issues when trying to insert superscripts and italics in the target part in Studio 2015. 
 I've seen many people have already asked about this, but I couldn't find a solution within the forums. 
 Any updates on how to solve it?

It depends on the source file. If it's a word document then use the QuickInserts in the Home ribbon. But if it was a different filetype, like XML for example, then you probably can't because they would not be supported in the XML file. So really depends on what you are translating?

Is the error message a secret ;-) 
 
Perhaps you could save the error message and attach it to your response, or share a screenshot if there is no little disk symbol in the error message itself?
