Problem with recognition of capital and minuscule segments in Trados 2017

Question

Hi All, 
 I have two word files that their content is identical. In one of the files, the sentences have been written with normal characters, while in the other file the sentences are all in CAPITAL LETTERS. The problem is that when I prepare the project, sentences/words with UPPERCASE are not recognized as Repetitions, even if the content is equal. 
 How can I solve this problem?

The content is not equal, one is uppercase the other is lowercase. For the translation memory these are two different things and penalties will apply to each letter (... ish). There are arguments that these are essentially the same but if you pretranslated and could ignore case then you'd still have to change the case of every segment, although this would be easier than translating the segment again.
