I have Trados 2017.
When I view a report (before it's converted to xlsx) the actual analysis is written microscopically. I can save it as an xlsx and then enlarge it to about 175% to read it but in my previous version I was able to easily read the report in trados.
Any suggestions?

Sure there is - do not buy such nonsensical combination like miniature display size and high resolution!
High resolution is intended to be used on LARGE SCREENS (43" at least - if FullHD is normally used on 21.5"-24" displays, then 4 times higher resolution should be used on 2 times bigger displays, logically).
Miniature 13" displays with 4K resolution is just marketing useless rubbish.

It doesn't have to be high-end to have ridiculously high resolution these days, unfortunately...
Windows will show you the resolution in display settings. And you should know the screen size. It would be interesting to know that, if you don't mind. If you don't know the figures, not a big deal, just forget it.
