Hello, I would like a refund for SDL Trados Studio 2017 Freelance which I bough on 15th February. My order number is 475490. It is too complicated for me and I was not able even to download it. I need a help with the installation and I am planning to purchase it through a Slovak company which will help me with installation and which will explain me how to use it. Thank you.

If you could let me know the issues you have had/error messages etc.- I would be only to willing to help.
So we can help you quickly efficiently and, could you first of all let me know if you are running a PC or indeed using MAC?
