When I try to translate a word file
these are the messages that I get.
"external component has thrown an exception"
"Unknown exception when generating layout for segment X (internal row X)"
If I click OK
I get this..
"Object reference not set to an instance of an object"
I tried to uninstall Trados and reinstall (twice) and I get the same message..
Can you help me solve this problem ?

Apologies for the late reply.
Its always better to open a new question than to reply to old threads as otherwise your post can be easily overlooked (i only saw this one as I was going through some old threads)
You haven't mentioned which version of Studio you are using - however this issue was mentioned here -
and was in relation to older versions only and could not be replicated in newer versions of Studio.
