Hello. When I try to open a file for translation in the editor, an error message pops up saying "The specified item is already part of a command bar"; then, when I close the error message and I click on projects or files or whatever else nothing happens. I have unistalled and reinstalled the program but nothing changed.

When you come across an error- its always worth trying to post the error stacks (these can be extremely useful in locating the error)
However in this case i think a simple Studio reset would be appropiate-
Rename this folder (just add _old to the end or something, it's not important what you rename it to) and restart Studio:
c:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\14.0.0.0
This often resolves errors like this that appeared for no particular reason.
Please let me know if the problem is resolved.
