Language selection dialog is empty - no languages shown

Question

Hi community, 
 When I try to create a new project or go to the general options / Editor / Languages I always see an empty dialog. There are no languages shown which I can select.

I am using Studio 2017 Freelance and I already uninstalled and reinstalled the complete client and selected the correct 5 languages after setup. 
 When I open a package which I got from a customer the languages are shown correctly in the project settings. 
 This is critical for me as I urgently need to create a new project. Any help is appreciated.

ok - I suggest you log a case so an engineer can take a look at it. There's probably something missing from the installation because this is not a general problem.

You have two options: 
 
1. Submit a case using a webform 
2. Use live chat to get a licence reset 
 
You want to use the first option and make sure that you refer to this thread so the teams can see what you have tried already.
