Why are there just a few source languages and a few target languages to choose from to create a project? How can I get more languages?

The Freelance version that you have is limited on 5 languages that you can use in order to create language pairs. When you installed Studio you need to choose the 5 languages and if you need others languages, please uninstall and reinstall Studio.
