Change the target translation file name

Question

Hello, I would like to know if Trados can change the target translation file name to reflect the target language. For instance, if the original file were named John_Smith_Medical_History.doc and were translated into Spanish, then Trados would automatically change the name of the file to be: John_Smith_Medical_History.SP.doc 
 Is there a way to have Trados do make this change? Is there a way to customize this on a per project basis?

Hello Elsa Ugarte , Studio will not automatically change the target file name based on the languages used and I am not aware of any workaround /process that would allow you to do this. You can however change where the target is saved if you wish- Would simply changing the name (I have just added DE in this case) when saving target as (and saving it to the DE folder) not suffice?

Or are there other reasons for wanting/needing to change a fairly standard process?
