Hello everyone,

I am working on a project with termbases including information about key terms: in which context they should be used or not, for what products, etc.

Words included in the termbases are highlighted in red in the Editor View - as usual - and terms appear in green in the "Term Recognition" window.

However, for some reason I don't understand, the Termbase Viewer window won't open when I right-click on the term and select "View term details" (cf. screenshot below), so I can't access term information.

I tried to close the project, deactivate/reactivate termbases, close Studio, even shut down my computer, but it didn't work.

Has anyone already encountered that issue and could they tell me how to fix it?
