have you managed to solve this problem? If yes, how?

I've translated a document containing numerous pictures and finalized the translation. Although the tags are correct, the target file contains no picture at all. How can I solve it? I cannot copy and paste the pictures manually because it would take an eternity... This is the first time I encounter such a problem.

Hi Livia,

I solved my problem by switching to Office Home & Student 2016 (I was using Office 2010 before that). Everything works smoothly since then.
