No pictures in my target docx files

Hi all,

 

I've been experiencing a problem while generating target files in Trados Studio (2015 & 2017) for a few weeks now.

Everything was going perfectly fine until mid-february 2018, then I realize every time I try to generate a target docx file from my project, this target file comes without any picture. No error message in Studio and/or icon of corrupted image in Word or whatsoever, images simply disappeared.

Does anyone experience the same problem?

    I've been running Office 2010 for a few years now. My OS is Windows 7. My Studio version is 2017 14.0.5889.5, but I also experience this problem in Studio 2015.

    I sent a return package (from which I cannot generate good target files) to a friend colleague of mine, who was able to generate perfect target files. She uses Office 2016 & Studio 2015.

    One more thing: I encounter this problem with projects sent by my clients (ie project packages). I realized yesterday evening that when I create my own project from scratch (create project > import source files > create/import TM etc.), I can generate perfect target files with pictures. I tested with the very same source files and TMs from the problematic project, everything went smoothly.
