Unable to connect to Termbase

Hello Everyone! 
 I use SDL Trados 2017. Recently I received a project package from a client with 3 termbases but I am unable to connect to 2 out of 3 termbases. It is showing as a general error. 
 However, I am the only one having this issue since other translators (using SDL trados 2017) are able to access all the termbases. I tried to see the termbase settings in the project settings and it was indicated by a "red x mark" in front of these termbases. My client also sent a rearranged termbases but there was no use. 
 Please help since I have to use offline glossary for the 2 termbases.

I think this maybe down to using the Starter version and the fact you can only use the resources within the PPX. 
If the case is that you have been sent a PPX and the extra TB's are external then you will not be able to access the additional TB's. 
To resolve this, you could maybe ask your client to send a new package, containing all the resources required. 
Freelance versions do not have these restrictions... which may explain why your colleagues do not have the same problem.
