Hello all,
my computer just crashed and I managed to reboot it in safe mode only. I want to reinstall windows and all software anew, but before I do that, I must deactivate my SDL 2014 licence (freelance plus). The problem is, I can't deactivate because in safe mode, some processes are not running and the deactivation fails. Offline deactivation fails too, as I am unable to generate my certificate. What can I do? Thanks in advance

Thank you for the answer. Unfortunately the first procedure suggested doesn't work for me, since the option "Return license" doesn't appear next to the "SDL Trados Studio 2014 Freelance Plus". There's just
"Can't activate online? – Get an offline Activation Certificate"
and
"Can't deactivate online? – Deactivate offline"
I'll try to look into the other procedure, option 1 or 2. Thank you!
