Trados Studio 2017 cannot import external review document with partial locked contents

 Also tried the app SDL Xliff Converter for Microsoft Office, but failed, too. 
 Can anyone give a clue on how to import this kind of external review documents? Thank you.

That's a lot of locked content... I have no idea how to import this. I could not make it work even if I only make one simple change. I think we would need to investigate this to find where the problem lies.
