Creating a memory translation. "compatible with fragment alignment" NOT APPEAR so I can't align my documents...

Question

Hello, I'm new on SDL trados 2017 and I can not align my documents to make a translation memory. 
 So I watched a video on youtube "how to create a translation memory with sdl trados 2017" and I realized that I did not have the function: "compatible with fragment alignment" and so I can not check this box. 
 This is what appear on the youtube video:

 And this is what appear on my sdl trados 2017:

 Maybe it's for this reason I can't do the alignment? Can anyone help me please?

I have to confess I have no idea how to get that option myself when creating a new Translation Memory. But I also don;t believe it should prevent you from aligning your files. Maybe review this article and the video in here to see how the alignment is done:
