it would be great if you can help me troubleshoot the error.

When I want to create a new project in SDL Trados Studio 2017 (non-SR1), I get an error message: "SDL Trados Studio has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if the solution is available." (screenshot attached below).

I use Windows 7 64 Bit, RAM 2 GB, Intel Core 2 Duo, 2.13 GHz.

The last time I create a new project without error was around two weeks ago. One week ago, I installed SDL Passolo 2018 Translator Edition (Microsoft .NET Framework 4.7.1) and Ezvid.

I have tried to do work around 1 and 2 in gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge as well as reinstall the SDL Trados Studio, but the error kept appearing when I created a new project.

The agency has cancelled two projects because of this error, therefore any suggestion would be very appreciated.
