Hi.
I been having problems with translation memory.
There is a file that I have been translating, from Japanese to English. It is 43% finished.
However it encountered some errors, therefore I decided to make a new file instead.
When I tried to use the translation memory from the old file into the new one to copy the contents
saved there, it only copies 9% of 43%. Any ideas?

The first thing I would suggest here, is NOT to copy the TM data (if this were to be the case), but to simply create a new project using the 'old' TM and the file.
Can you confirm that you have saved and confirmed the segments (to the TM) in the old project?
If not, when creating a new project and lowering the match value to less than 100% (Batch tasks/Pre-translation) this could help get better results.
Also if you still have the old sdlxliff- you can use this to create a new TM.
Also it might be worthwhile applying a penalty on the TM to identify the segments that need re-checking.
