Urgent - Error message when trying to generate the target as a DOCX

Question

Hi, 
 I have Studio 2015 and I am trying to generate the docx version of the target file as usual, but it pops up an error message that says: 
 "The index and the count must refer to a location within the chain. Name of the parameter: count". 
 
 Could you please urgently help me on this?

I believe that the docx file could contain hyperlinks that contain more than 256 characters. 
You can run a QA checker to verify this. 
 
The solution (for Studio 2015 users) is to

-Use the new Microsoft Word 2007-2016 file type. 
-Navigate to File > Options > File Types 
-Deactivate the Microsoft Word 2007-2013 file type and activate Microsoft Word 2007-2016 
-Re-import the files that caused the issue and apply the batch task Perfect Match to avoid losing translation progress.

Sorry my fault- I should have been clearer on the process. 
 
1) You will need the original source file. 
2) Create a new project with the original docx (using the latest Word file type) 
3) Then pretranslate from your TM 
Fix any minor differences in the tagging/segmentation and then finally save the target file. 
 
This should then resolve the issue.
