TMs won't update.

Question

Hi there, 
 
 I haven't found anything like this here, so here is the issue. 
 Practically every TM has a red triangular on its right side and a lot of conflict TMs emerge. Please see the screenshots.

The red triangle just means that the TM has not been prepared for UpLift, but it should not prevent you from updating it. It's just a visual message so you can see which TMs need this work. 
 
I'm not sure what you mean by "conflict TMs"... can you elaborate?
