Client sent me .wsxz package.
I work with Studio 2017 all SPs installed.
Wanted to Open Package > look for the file but on the file location Studio does not see the project package.
Still invisible when "All supported packages" is selected.
Anyone any idea?

I'd try the repair first as discussed in the other thread... very strange you can't see this. This is what I get in 2017:
