Unable to log in to Language Cloud

We have been made aware that some users are experiencing issues when trying to access the Language Cloud.

If you have installed the latest update (CU10) please install the latest '.net framework update' for your operating system.

1) Close Studio (and any other programs you have running).

2) go to https://www.microsoft.com/net/download/dotnet-framework-runtime/net462

3) Complete the install. (takes about 15 minutes)

4) Reboot your machine

You should now be able to open your projects and access your Language Cloud account.
