Translated part of the document disappeared

Question

Hello, I bought a few months ago Studio 2017 for translating the documents for the EU on regularly basis (French-Latvian). Unfortunately this morning I opened actual translation project and my translation (right part in Studio) has been disappeared although I already translated 30 % of segments (confirmed). I created a new translation document with the same memory but the segments I've confirmed previously didn't appear. Please help me to solve this problem as soon possible. Thank you very much. Lelde

Perhaps you are opening a package again and again? If you do that you will keep overwriting your translated files with the untranslated ones in the original package. Make sure that you are opening the project from the Projects View in Studio and not from the original package. 
 
I'm also wondering if you used a Project Translation memory as part of a package and have updated that instead of your Main Translation Memory? Go to your project settings and make sure that the TM you think you are using is in fact the one you checked.
