Hi there, I need some help with converting files back into xliff from Word. Recently Generated Word documents have not been converting back into xliff despite their being no error messages from the convertor program, nor any formatting tag issues, hard returns, etc. I've checked the settings to make sure the convertor program is updating the right segments, and everything seems to be order, but I still can't get an updated translation column - its either blank or the source language has been copied over to the translation column. Any help or insight would be much appreciated.
