I have been running Trados Studios 2017 successfully through Parallels on my Mac desktop for about three weeks without any problems.

Unfortunately, a couple of days ago when I opened the program to work on a translation, the editor view screen only shows a light blue field, rather than the source or translated text in their respective columns.

I do not know if I've accidentally changed some setting or if there is a problem with the Parallels/Trados set-up.

Fortunately, I have Trados on my PC laptop and can view the file there, so I know the translation hasn't been lost.

Thanks in advance for any ideas on how to resolve the problem.
