Concordance and Termbase Issues

Question

I am unable to use the concordance search or term base in Trados. I had initially thought this may be a problem with a specific file, however it would seem that it is a problem that spans across all projects and all files. This leads me to think it is a problem with my Trados itself. Does anyone know of anything I can do to overcome this problem?

Given this is a problem affecting all your projects and files I think it wouild be worth you showing us what you see and explaining what happens when you try to use them? It souonds to me a little as though you may have deleted the windows that display these features. Just in case, perhaps you can try using "Reset Window Layout" in the View menu as this will reset all your windows back to where they should be.
