Not many target languages available when creating a project

Question

Hi, 
 When creating a project, I only can choose from some available target languages: 
 English (different variants), Spanish (different variants), French (different variants). 
 So, no Arabic, no German, no Japanese, etc. Later I see a message: "this language is not available in this installation"! (or something like that) How can I add more? Is it something that I did when installing Trados? If yes, should I reinstall it?

If you have the Freelance version you select five different languages during installation. You should not select multiple variants of the same main language (en(GB) and en(US) for example) because when you select one you get them all. So you select five completely different languages. You cannot change withour reinstalling. 
 
If you have the Professional version of Studio there are no language restrictions.
