Dear Colleagues,
These last 2 days, whenever I open Trados Studio 2017 after restarting my PC, I receive and e-mail with the title "SDL ID - Blocked Access Attempt" and in the text body, it goes on by saying:
"We detected suspicious activity from the IP address: 128.242.115.81 from San Jose, United States.
If that is your IP address click here to unblock it. Otherwise disregard this email.
..."
The thing is that I am in Portugal and this really only seems to happen whenever I start Trados 2017. Does anyone else have/had the same problem? I googled it and it doesn't seem to be affecting anyone else.
Is there any way to solve this? I already changed the password, but it doesn't seem to have helped at all.
