I have the same error message "exception from hresult 0x800a1200" and problem with Studio 2017 while spell-checking. In the middle of a quite large project (docx files, 12,000 words) I'll get the error message and can't get any further. I have already tried all the workarounds 1 to 4 (https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0038364) without any help to the problem. After workaround 2 the spell checker stopped to a different segment but otherwise the problem still exists. Now all my personal settings are gone and the file is still only half spell checked. Any other suggestions?

I am experiencing the same problem now with Studio 2019. Translating a 36K file, now with no spell checking. I have gone through different cycles of repairing and resetting Studio over the last couple of weeks to work around other bugs, and can't afford to go through the same now. Not sure what to do.

The Hunspell checker works, the problem is it generates too many false positive for Arabic.
