Using SDL Trados 2017, I am translating a large Excel spreadsheet (mostly text). Many of the cells contain text in bullet format like this:

<Cell Start>

• Phrase 1
• Phrase 2
• Phrase 3

<Cell End>

The default segmentation was by cells, but there is significant repetition and fuzzy matches in the phrases in the cells.

My question: Could I create a segmentation rule to segment INSIDE the cells on these line breaks? I can't seem to figure it out.

PS: In Excel, <alt-ENTER> is used to create line breaks inside the cells. In SDL Trados 2017, <shift-ENTER> is used. Does this difference matter?
