"This entry is currently being edited by another user. Try again later." information pop-up in SDL Trados Studio 2017

Question

In addition to my previously posted issues ( https://community.sdl.com/product-groups/translationproductivity/f/90/t/17880 and https://community.sdl.com/product-groups/translationproductivity/f/90/t/17881 ), I get an informative pop-up , when I try to add a term to the term base in SDL Trados Studio 2017. 
 I am the administrator of PC and this software. There is no restrictions in the safety or permission tabs in SDL Trados Studio. This informative pop-up is shown only with certain terms i.e. it appears occasionally. 
 After clicking "OK", "Delete this entry" icon becomes active in "Termbase Viewer". Nothing else happens. 
 What might be the problem?

Hello Olav (OlavM&auml;gi) , 
 As you have a number of open threads and that these are likely to be interconnected, 
 I would first make sure that you have the latest version/upgrade of Studio 2017 and MultiTerm 2017 installed 
 >Open Studio and Multiterm in turn go to the HELP Tab- Check for upgrades). 
 Next- please reset the Studio Windows layout - (after each action/solution- please close Studio and restart your machine).
