Drop down lists in Excel are usually created by referencing data somewhere in the spreadsheet. They are not lists of data in their own right. So I would expect you can make the cell where the drop down is active and then select Data -> Data validation in Excel and this will show you where the data is sourced from. Make sure this is not on a hidden page or a hidden column perhaps, and then you should be able to translate it in Studio.

I created a quick example and put the source data in cells A2 - A9:

Hi Elisa Isabel Wencesla Gomez,

I don't thitnk you can do anything else than copying manually these drop-down menus and translate them apart and then edit them in Excel. If there are a lot of them I might think of a way to split the options separated by commas, so you can take advantage of TMs in Trados.
