Proofreading Excel file with 50% repetitions

I am beginning to proofread a large translation project (+30k words). The translation is my own. I am using SDL Trados 2017.

There is a large amount of repetitions and I don't want to proofread the repetitions. However, the information about which segment is the original and which is/are the 100% match has been lost (History: It's an Excel doc and after a false start with cell-based segmentation, I switched to soft-return segmentation. I aligned the cell-segmented file using an external tool and created a TM which had a lot of matches.)

Is there any obvious way to avoid proofing the 100% matches repeatedly? I have tried using the Advanced Display Filter (e.g. Repetitions | First Occurrences), but then the segments that are unique don't appear. I also thought of locking the repetitions, but then my edits won't be auto-propagated (?!).

Any thoughts?
