Error message "Attempted to read or write protected memory"

Question

Hi all, 
 I have been translating a document from Russian to English. Today, I received an error message (see picture). I have looked on other forums to see the solution to this problem, but the issue is is that every time I click 'OK', the message reappears, so I can't change any settings. I am also keen not to have to force Trados to shut down as I have not saved changes I have made today. I also have a deadline coming up so this has happened at the worst possible time, can anyone help?

Hi Zosia Niedermaier-Reed , 
 If this does happen again, reinstalling Studio should fix it. If it does not you can do the following: 
 Fill in the form here: 
 installation and licensing help 
 Select 'installation' from the 'Case type' dropdown and give your correct email address so that they can contact you.
