Hello Andrea Novotny ,

What's the full path to the package? Try changing it and see if it helps. Or copy the package to a new folder on your desktop for example and see if you can open the package from there.

Hello Paul, it happens even if I try to open it from the desktop. Have already de- and re-instlled the software with no result. The same package opens fine on the agency's remote access to Trados.

I have now wiped my parallel machine completely, deactivated my Trados license, un- and re-installed everything and it seems to be running fine again. Thanks for having taken the time to look into my problem!! Have a good day, Andrea
