Memories from client do not open anymore.

Question

I use Studio 2017. Since the update last February, I cannot open the translation memories of the client from whom I download documents to be translated. I tried activating the memory from &ldquo;Param&egrave;tres du projet&rdquo;, but to no avail. How can I correct the problem?

We need a little more information to help answer this one. What do you mean by open the translation memories? Do you wish to look at the content for maintenance? Or do you mean "add" the translation memories to your project? Do you get any error messages? Can you share a screenshot of what you are seeing? What version are you running and are the memories server based or file based? 
 
This sort of information is going to be helpful to answer this question.

Hi Jean, I think I know what you mean, as I had several users telling me that they could no longer open our TMs since a couple of months. Before the update, you were able to activate the customer's TMs by ticking the TM in the project settings. Then you could indicate the location of the TM. Now, you only get a cross and it tells you, the TM is not available. To add the TMs, you need to click on "Use > File-based Translation Memory" (Utiliser > M&eacute;moire de traduction sur fichier) and then add the TM that you have previously saved to your disk. You say the memories are server based. Have you been given login credentials to a GroupShare instance by your client? Do you know what version of GroupShare your client is using?
