external revision in Word

Question

Hello, I am still working with the licensed 2007 SDL Trados. I am translating and need to send the files to the client in Word (only target) to review terminology. The client inserts changes with the "Track Changes" Word tool. 
 Is there any way I can process those files to update my TM and create final files? 
 Would you recommend me any better Workflow for an external revision?

If you're still using 2007 then your best bet is this I think: 
 
1. Accept all the changes in the word file 
2. Align the original source and the updated target file and create a translation memory 
3. Import the memory you create to your main translation memory 
 
In Trados 2007 that is probably your best bet, unless your client is also happy to revise the files in Workbench. If you were using SDL Trados Studio you have various ways of carrying out a revision which would be easier.
