Hi! I have just noticed that when I save the target document as a word file, the logos stopped appearing. Do you know what setting I changed? I'm clueless!

Can you provide more information please and what exactly you are doing.
Which Studio version are you working with?
What is the source file format?
Which logo's are you referring to? embedded content maybe?

Thanks for your email.
I fully understand the implications of NDA's and that you cannot share the files.
As you have previously stated, colleagues dont appear to have the same issue, maybe trying to recreate the project from scratch may solve the issue.
So in Studio- Create new project- import the source files and of course the TM's from which you can then pre-translate the files.
Then save target as and check the images are being displayed.
Please let me know if this then works.
