Sirs, I'm having some trouble processing a file into SDL Studio 2017, I have tried the suggestion made by you guys (uncheck the format of work in »File» Options» File Types and uncheck the Microsoft word 2007-20016) but still having the same trouble, so PLEASE help me because I have tried all the suggestion that a found I nothing is working.

Unfortunately from the screenshots I cannot be sure you have the correct WORD settings and whether you have changed the global settings
or if you have made the necessary changes in the PROJECT SETTINGS (moving the required file type to the top of the list)
Once you have made these changes you should I believe be able to now process the file without any further problems.

Per your wishes I am sharing the solution on community so others with a similar issue might be helped.
After trying a few possible solutions that failed-you saved the Word file as a PDF - which Studio could then process without any further issues.
