I've seen your response to another question about this from a while ago in the mean time. I didn't search on the error from the end result but the notes in the file. And yes, I used the words 'bilingual review files'. That apparently is very wrong. I'm so sorry for that. I should have said, of course, source and target files for bilingual review. Shame on me. I will not add what went wrong with the TM here, since I don't feel a need to waste more time.

Feel free to delete my question. The tone of some of your responses is ... less than friendly, but that probably is just me.

Does the same procedure apply to a Power Point presentation? I had to proofread it, but now I can't "save target as"...

If the file was created through alignment then yes... the same procedure applies to all files.

Why don't you do the following so we can be sure we are all talking about the same thing:

1. Explain what files you have
2. Explain what process you are going through exactly

I have 2 PPT files - one in Portuguese and one in English.
As I had never proofread bilingual files before, I followed procedures outlined by user around here and video tutorials inside Studio. That worked. I could work on both files successfully. The point is one the "final stage" - when I try to Save target file as.....

So you did this so far:

1. aligned the source and target file

Now you need to do this:

1. update your alignment into a TM
2. open up the powerpoint file as a translation project with the file you want to save the target for
3. add your TM (use AnyTM to avoid problems with it being the wrong way around... you didn't tell me which one was supposed to be the target)
4. pre-translate
5. save target as
