I'm trying to align two big IDML files (almost 7000 segments).
I get the error 'Object reference not set to an instance of an object' and cannot even begin to align.
I have opened the source and target files in Indesign and split them into smaller files but I get the same error.
Then I have created one project (EN-IT) with the source file (EN) and one project (IT-EN) with the target file (IT).
I have tried to align the resulting XLIFF files and now I can begin to align.
That is really a strange behaviour!
