Anybody encounter this problem before and know of a fix?
So far we have tried to repair the installation and reset the following folders:
C:\Users\[USER NAME]\appdata\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio
C:\Users\[USER NAME]\appdata\Local\SDL\SDL Trados Studio
C:\programdata\SDL\SDL Trados Studio
Any other ideas would be appreciated....

I had a chat with our support team and we think it may be worth looking at the Sdl.TranslationStudio.Plugins.AdvancedDisplayFilter.dll as this contains two controls which could cause the problem you have if the dll is missing or corrupted. So take a look in your plugin list in Studio and make sure it's loaded:
If not, replace file Sdl.TranslationStudio.Plugins.AdvancedDisplayFilter.dll and clean up
C:\Users\[user]\AppData\Local\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\14.0.0.0
Run again to re-produce error then
Check the logs.

Thanks for your help.
I confirmed its loaded and also tried replacing the DLL with the one on my PC, but nothing changed.
Also, I checked the logs and couldn't see anything.
Let me know if you have any other ideas!
We also had SDL support remote in to the PC for an hour and reinstall everything and nothing changed!
Note the same thing happens on this screen also:
