Hello All!

This is my first post! But a very important one as I am completely confused about an issue I'm having with a user who cannot get the TM from a project to load for her. 

What is happening is that, for every project that I create and send to her, that has a TM attached to it, which is enabled via Groupshare, she gets a pop-up error (see attached - sorry, it's in Spanish, but it means something like: "The TM couldn't be found and was disabled")

This is puzzling because the TM IS present, it's working fine for me when I test logging on as her with credentials through the Groupshare server, I see the TM and I don't get that error, but does. And it says that the TM IS enabled for her in Project Settings, but it's greyed-out and just doesn't want to load.

Any insight? What is causing this? How to fix?
