Termbase related error message

Question

I keep getting an error message every time I want to add a new term to a termbase I created specifically for a project. 
 
 I have to click on yes or no several times until this disappears and only then I can add a new term. What is the problem and what can I do to solve it? I already tried restarting the computer and it didn't help.

I am first of all assuming you have updated both MultiTerm and Studio and are on the latest stand. 
 
Is this issue only happening on the current project, or is this happening on all projects? 
If the problem only occurs in this one, could you let me know what the source file type is please ( I suspect HTML possibly?) 
 
First update your Internet Explorer v11 (even if you do not use IE as your default browser) and allow for activeX scripting. 
Restart your system and Studio and see if the problem is resolved.
