Batch Tasks - Finalize option is no longer present

Hi, 
 
 I have a question that was highlighted by one of the users in our company who works with SDL Trados Studio 2017 on a daily basis. 
 When running a batch task, the option to "Finalize" is not present, however, another user has this option present and they are using the exact same version of the software. 
 Studio version is - Trados Studio 2017 SR1 - 14.1.1011.20356 
 I have attached images of the issue we are experiencing below. Is this something that can be toggled on/off?

It happens to me sometimes that a third of the Advanced tab just disappears. When this happens, I click on the Reset Window Layout button (View tab) to recover the Advanced tab. Trados works in mysterious ways... Try this.

Have the files been sent out as a project package to others and not been returned yet? Just guessing... but perhaps make sure you have no outstanding tasks, or maybe select files that are in the project but not part of the outstanding task and see if the Finalize task appears then.
