Hi,
I assigned keyboard shortucts to Increase (Increase Font Size) and Decrease. Although the new shortcuts are shown when I hover the mouse over the buttons, the shortcuts do not work. I've tried different shortcuts, to no avail.

Just ran into this issue after 2 years. Any **progress**? (Just for SDL devs' information: progress is a situation where the same deficiencies in software are improved over a timespan of several years and not just embarrassingly left behind for customer complaints to accumulate
I'm sure you don't need to be told about sarcasm...
However, you are sadly correct and we are indeed leaving things embarrassingly behind to accumulate. We're not perfect by a long shot and have a lot of things to deal with. Sometimes, and this is a case in point, the items don't get updated as we move through the versions and this one was left as a 2017 issue. The result being if you hadn't flagged this again it would have gone unnoticed for longer since 2017 issues won't be fixed at all now.
So, I have just updated it and asked for 2019 and 2021 to be added to this ticket. Now you've successfully embarrassed me I'll also make sure I follow up and track this item.

Ok Paul, I'll make sure to tirelessly pinpoint every little shortcoming noted in the software from 2011 on, then! Because whenever I encounter any, I just assume that you don't give a shoot about fixing this, but now I'll think it was just lost in your continuous improvement procedures.
